_ 37-4. Waste and vent lines shall be PVC plastic pine, per code. Completely wrap all concealed waste lines in walls or joist spaces with insulation to deaden sound. Cushion lines wherever they rest on framing members. 37-5. All connections shall be thoroughly tested. 37-6. All vents extending through the roof shall be behind the ridge line of the house. 37-7. Furnish and install the fixtures listed in the F Finish Schedule. Provide all necessary fittings to ins_"11 the fixtures. All faucets and trim is polished chrome. 37-8. Furnish and install all other fittings and equipment as follows: a. Shut-off valves for all fixtures (chrome where exposed. b. Shower pans - sheet PVC C. Floor drains in basement and garage -PVC d. Freeze -proof sillcocks e. Loop water line for Owner's softener f. 1/4" water line for refrigerator. Install jwner's refrigerator. g. A.O. Smith or equal, 10 year, glass lined, gas fired, quick recovery 75 gallon water heater. h. Submersible sump pump with PVC discharge at drain tile sump basket. 38. WATER SERVICE 38-1. Water ser.,ice shall be from a private well located per the site plan. iistall a 4" casing (allow 200 ft. depth;, with a 1-1/2 H.P. high velocity submersible pump, pitleer adaptor, 4" x 4 ft. stainless steel screen, 120 aa_4on diaphram type pressure tank, 1-1/4" drop line (allow 105') and service line from well to pressure tank. Provide water testing as required. Provide water meter if required by the City of Orono. 39. SEWER SERVICE 39-1. Sewer service shall be by an on -site septic system including pre -case underground tanks and mound drainfield. The Owner shall provide the system including the line to the house foundation and cleaning and protecting the mound site and seeding and/or sodding the completed mound. The Owner shall also provide the design of the system. 40. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING 40-1. Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the installation of a combination heating and cooling system consisting of gas -fired forced -air furnaces and electric air conditioners. System shall be designed to property and amply heat and cool all finished and future finished areas of the house, excluding the garages. 40-2. Install the system in accord with the requirements of the National Society of Heating and Ventilating Engineers and Minnesota State Regs. 40-3. Main floor furnace shall be zoned - 1 zone f - Master Bedroom area and 1 zone for balance of main floor. Tap.off of main floor trunk for supplies to basement areas. Second floor fur ace shall be single zone for 2nd floor only.
