Ceilings are spray -textured by drywall contractor. <br />35. ELECTRICAL <br />36-1. Service shall be three wire, 400 amp, run under- <br />ground from power company's pedestal. Excess service run <br />costs shall be paid by Owner. <br />36-2. Panel shall be equipped with circuit breakers and <br />shall be neatly and properly labeled. <br />36-3. Wiring shall be with Romex and shall be no smaller <br />than a #14 wire. Entire system shall be grounded. <br />36-4. Receptacles shall be duplex, grounded. Switches <br />shall be silent type. Floor outlets shall have brass screw <br />typed covers. Other devices and their cover plates shall <br />ne ivory. Cost of additional openings installed during <br />rough -in stage shall be paid by the Owner at a unit price <br />o—ted in this contractor's bid. <br />.. Hook -all appliances and equipment shown on plan. <br />-6. Pzovide and install a "fr.Lnge area" color television <br />antenna. Mount in highest attic. Provide coaxial c:,ble to <br />wall jacks at locations shown on plan. Route cables so <br />'hat owner may hook-up to cable television adjacent to <br />electri^ service panel. <br />36-7. Provide and install all lighting fixtures and door <br />chimes. This contractor shall furnish and install all <br />recessed lights with standard or eyeballtrim as noted, <br />under -cabinet lights, porcelain lampholders, exterior flood <br />tights, chime pushbuttons & transformer, complete with <br />bulbs, over and above the lighting fixture allowance. The <br />lighting fixture allowance shall be $3,000.00 and shall <br />include all hung fixtures, chimes, bulbs, and extra chain. <br />All fixtures shall be hung by this contractor as part of <br />his contract, th? cost of which is not a part of the <br />fixture allowance. <br />36-8. Telephone wiring and jacks :hall be by this <br />contractor. Wiring shall be adequate fcr 2 separate lines. <br />Provide exterior service connection adjacent to electric <br />panel. UG service by telephone company. <br />36-9. Provide and install 2 Gable end belt -driven fans <br />(one above Master Bedroom area and one above 2nd floor <br />Bedrooms), complete with sidewall shutter, ceiling shuttr <br />and timer switch. Allow S300.00 for the most of each fan <br />and its accessories. <br />37. PLUMBING <br />37-1. Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary <br />for the plumbing work required, in accord with the best <br />accepted practices of the trade. <br />37-2. Water supply shall be from pressure tank located in <br />Mechanical Room. <br />37-3. Wat r lines shall be type M rigid copper ripe. Line <br />from supl thrr,igh softener shall be 3/4". Other main <br />supply lin( shall be 3/4". Feeder lines to plumbing <br />fixtures sh- be 1/2". Fe der lines for sillcocks shall <br />be 3/4", ssing softener. Garage cold water supply <br />shall by oftener. Mount all water lines so that <br />they do n :ectly contact any framing members. <br />
