No. Based on legal descriptions for the Dillman property <br />and for the Daniel's Long Lake Heights subdivision, the <br />point where the curve of Hackberry Hill Road diverges from <br />the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of <br />Section 33, is 5.78 feet East of the Easterly line of Iiull's <br />lot.
