a3 <br />To: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />From: Tom Kuehn, Finance Director <br />Date: September 18, 1986 <br />Subject: Certification of Delinquent 1986 Alarm User Fees <br />Council adopted an ordinance re, Sting the use of alarms, <br />under which provision was made for . ging a fee for each false <br />alarm in excess of three alarms per calendar year. The ordinance <br />further provides for a ten percent delinquent penalty if the <br />alarm fees are not remitted to i ie City within thirty days of <br />billing. All delinquent alarm fees are to be certified to the <br />County and as •sed against the properties served and collected <br />with the subsequent years' taxes. <br />For this year there are two properties with outstanding <br />delinquent fees which total $165.00. 1 have prepared and <br />attached the resolution and assessment roll for Council's <br />adoption. <br />Ta: Mary Butler & Orono Council Members <br />From: Mark E.
