91686.4 <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF <br />DELINQUENT 1986 ALARM USER FEE CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under Minnesota <br />Statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter 9, Orono City Code as <br />amended pertaining to payment and collection of Alarm User Fees, <br />the following properties are delinque in nature. <br />1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from the Hennepin <br />County Auditor levy Number 10450 for the delinquent <br />Alarm User Fees. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists <br />of the county and further collect said assessments in <br />the manner provided by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of t'i- City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held September 22, 1986. <br />Mary C.
