We are asking for an increase in unding this year because the <br />demand and needs for services -ontinues to increase. Munici- <br />palities in other Human Servi,_s Council areas have tradition- <br />ally funded their council at a higher level than West Hennepin <br />Human Services requested of our municipalities (e.g. in 1987 for <br />planning, coordination and direct services, Edina will <br />contribute .64/c Pita and Richfield, .80/capita to their <br />Council).
