s PRING HILL PAYMENT - The City is in receipt of the $4,400
d oluntary donatl on from Spring Hill for 1986 which is 10%
increase from the 1985 amount. Based on the revised valuations
done this year based on the formula would be $5,464. Because of
the increase in the number of tax exempt parcels this would
increase to $6,512. Both figures are below the $8,300 formula
amount last year due to reduction in valuation. (The 1985
valuation was based on prior valuations plus cost of new
construction which over estimated the market value.)
PEMBERTON - 3580 North Shore Drive - Update regarding variances
granted per Resolution #1903. The Pembertons have revised their
site plan and house plans to accomodate a front -loading tuck -
under garage. The entire house will now meet the 10' side"
setback from F Fors' property. The front yard will be cut down
somewhat to acjdate a driveway and gargae on the same level as
the street.
Hardcover allowed in the 0-75' zone was 20% or 836 s.f. This
proposal calls for 456 s.f. or 10.9%. Hardcover allowed in the
75-250' zone was 52% or 1,633 s.f. This proposal calls for 54%
or 1,703 s.f. The total hardcover therefore is 2,159 s.f., or
310 s.f. less than that originally allowed. Staff feels this
meets the intent of Resolution #1903, hence no application
revision will be forthcoming.
