Spence (hereinafter "t applicant") is the <br />owner of the property located at 2040 North Share Drive within t' <br />City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br />Commencinc at the Southwest corner of Lot 6, Elbridge South <br />Barnes 1st Subdivision of Section 10, Township 117, Range 23; <br />thence Southeasterly 295.08 feet along tha Southerly line <br />thereof; thence Southwesterly at right angles 207.06 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning; thence at an angle to the left of 9 <br />degiees 09 minutes to the north line of County Road No. 51; <br />thence east along said north line and the same -. xtended to the <br />shore of Lake Minnetonka; thence Northeasterly along said shore <br />line to its intersection with a line par with a d 207.06 feet <br />southwesterly from the Southwesterly line of said Lot 6; thence <br />Northwesterly along said par line to beginning except highway, <br />PID 10-117-23 31 0002; (hereinaft,- "the prcyerty"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has aE_,ied to the City for multiple <br />variances to Municipal Zoning Cod, Sections 10.03, Subdivision 9 (A), <br />10.03, r bdivision 15 (F), 10.22, Subdivision 1 and 2, ano 10.23, <br />Subdivisi.on 6 (B) to permit the reconstruction of an accessory <br />structure 30 feet from the Lakeshore instead of the required 75 feet <br />resulting In 48 square feet of hardcover within the keshore <br />protected area where none is :lowed, to rebuild structure 6 .eet from <br />side lot line insteat ..f required 10 feet and 16 feet from street lot <br />line instead of required 50 feet and to permit the continued use of an <br />accessory structure on a portion of applicant's property that does not <br />contain a principal structure. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />F:1:DINGS <br />This application was reviewed .s Zoning File 41052. <br />2.
