One independent a.itenna structure with antenna <br />or combination of antenna attached thereto, subordinate to and <br />servicing the principal use or structure on the same lot and <br />customari'y incidental thereto that is not attached to another <br />structure irovided the height of the antenna structure does not exceed <br />65 feet and the antenna structure is set back from any lot lins a <br />distance at least equal to the total height of the antenna structure. <br />M. Animals. The keeping cf domestic animals for non-commercial <br />purposes including horses for the use of th(' Uccupants of the <br />premises. A minimum of one acre in aggregate, exclusive of one acre <br />for the principal building, must be available for each animal unit, <br />except as hereinafter set forth. A minimum of two acres of open <br />pasture must be available for each additional horse. when the horses <br />are kept stabled and do not require pasture for feed purposes, the <br />minimum pasture requirement may be a"'justed at the discretion of the <br />Council. Such minimum pasture ::-reage shall not include low luing <br />lands unusable for pastu or cj�azing. Any person keeping such <br />animals must comply with th :.rovisions of the City Code. <br />Somehow in the pro(,.-ss of recodification their letter <br />designations were exchanged. Note also the 150 setback distance <br />for structures housing animals has been removed and now addressed <br />in proposed amendment for stables and barns - priv te. This <br />section onlv deals with standards for non-commercial r;eeping of <br />animals. Stock Farms and stables and barns - public sections <br />establish more restr' lve setback standards for commerrial use. <br />J. Section 10.20 <br />Add the following new conditional. uses: <br />N. Stables and Barns - Private. The use of an accessory building for <br />keeping a,. vials for non-commercial purposes provided it is for the <br />non-commercial use of the property owner or resident and meets the <br />available area standards outlined in paragragh M of this subsection. <br />Further, no such structure shall be closer than 150 feet to the <br />nearest adjacent residence and no closor than 75 feet from the nearest <br />lot line. <br />O. Stables and Ira• - Public. the use of accessory buildings or land <br />for the storage or rearing of animals not owned by the property owner <br />or resident, much must meet the requirements of paragragh M of this <br />subdivision. Further, no such structure shall be closer 0-an 150 feet <br />from the nearest lot line. <br />
