The p:-)perty is located in the RS, Seasonal Recreational <br />Residential k.1ning District requiring a minimum of 5 acres in area. <br />. The property consists of approximately 57 acres in area. <br />4. On May 16, 1988, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the <br />application as proposed and recommended approval, based on one or more <br />of the following findings: <br />A. The property consists of 57 acres and can provide adaquate <br />camping area for a crew of 57 workers. Applicant shall maintain <br />one acre per worker ratio. <br />B. The proposed temporary use of the island for overnight <br />camping will not have an adverse effect upon the lake, upon the <br />land, nor upon neigboring properties. <br />C.
