City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />12) Tile granting of such a variance would require amending <br />the many sections of the Comprehensive Plan that cjovern <br />the rural development of the City. The City of Orono <br />ha6 been consistent in requiring a minimum of two acres <br />for a buildable lot in the rural areas cf the City .where <br />there is no sewer service. <br />13) The granting of such a variance would require the. rezoning <br />o: the property to an urban lot size in add'tior, to requiring <br />the extension of City services to the property to maintain <br />a suitable level of fire protection. <br />14) The assessed fair market value of combined '7racts C and D <br />Fr•)m 1969 to 1982 show it assessed as an incrc';antal <br />value whan compared to the assessed fair inarket value <br />of combined Tracts E and F over the samt, period of time. <br />15) Tt:ct granting of the required variances :could r,�tsult in <br />tt►? following violations of Section 32.340 r:: the Zoning <br />Code with which the applicant must firs:. cor•.
