7. That WRAC shall assume all liability for all harm to <br />persons, animals and property due to its n,.41igence or <br />the negligence of its employees or age-' arising from <br />the performan: of this contract and a(, ees to defend <br />any legal act ,ns arising therefrom. WBAC shell hold <br />CITY/TOWN harmless and provide CITY/TOWN w proof of <br />public liability coverage, in the amount _ least <br />$200,OOV per each claimant and $600,000 ft each <br />occurrence, covering the performance of this contract. <br />Further, WRAC will furnist TY/TOWN a certificate of <br />insurance evidencing statu y Workers' Compensation <br />coverage for all WBAC empl- ees. <br />S. That during the dur6,ion of this contract WBAC shall <br />not, within the State of Minnesota, discriminate <br />against any employee or applicant for employment <br />because of race, color, creed, national origin, or <br />ancestry and shall include a similar provision in all <br />subcontracts entered into for the performance hereof, <br />this paragraph being to comply with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statute Section 181.59. <br />9. That WBAC st,1311 keep accurate and detailed records of <br />the impounding and disposition of all animals picked up <br />in CITY/TOWN and furnish monthly reports to CITY/TOWN <br />as to the services performed during the month. <br />AND CITY/TOWN, in consideration of said covenants and agreements of <br />WBAC hereinbefore contained, hereby covenants with Wr'.': that CITY/TOWN <br />will obtain Animal Control Service from WBAC pursuant to the following <br />provisions: <br />10. That CITY/TOWN shall pay to WBAC a monthly sum for <br />Animal Control Service pursuant to the following <br />schedule: <br />A) Price per i,cur for scheduled patrolling based <br />upon actual time in service for CITY/TOWN.......... $19.10 <br />B) Price per call for unscheduled call -out <br />service during the regular weekday working <br />hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m ... ...... 0.................$22.50 <br />C) Price per call for unscheduled call -out <br />service not during the regular weekday <br />working hours of of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m ...... .........$33.75 <br />D) Price per animal per day, or fraction thereof, <br />to board impounde ' animals for CITY/TOWN............ $5.65 <br />E) Price per animal (dog or cat) for euthanasia ........ $7.25 <br />
