11. That CITY/TOWN shall pay a fixed veterinary bill in the <br />amount of $25.00 per animal for unclaimed animals <br />requiring medical attention. Owners claiming their <br />animals shall be charged the veterinary bill in its <br />entirety. <br />12. The charge for animals picked up at the request of an <br />owner shall be charged to such owner at the rate of <br />25.00 per animal. <br />1.3. That CITY/TOWN shall make all. payments provided herein <br />promptly upon receipt of monthly statemen'-• from WRAC. <br />14. That CITY/TOWN shall appoint the Animal.
