City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ESTABLISHING SEWER ASSESSKENT POLICY <br />C'RYSTAI, BAY SEWER PROJECT AREA <br />WHEREAS, properties in the Crystal Bay Project area have been <br />assessed for municipal sewer service as Project 84-1 and 84-2; and <br />WHEREAS, capacity does exist in the system to serve a limited <br />number of properties; and <br />WHEREAS, potential residential. units that were nest Served <br />should be charged an appropriate amount. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono that the following be the policy for connection charges <br />per SAC unit as outlined below: <br />Property Status <br />Existing Residential/ <br />Not in District <br />New Residential/Abutting <br />Properties <br />New Development on Currently <br />Assessed Property <br />New Development Replacing <br />Existing Development <br />Connection Charge <br />$9,250.00 + 10% per year <br />after 1985 <br />$9,250.00 + 10% per year <br />after 1985 <br />.00 + 10% per year <br />1985 <br />Only to the extent that <br />there are additional units, <br />which will be $9,250.00 per <br />unit + 10% per year after 1985 <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council. on the 12th day of November, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
