As mentioned at the last meeting the monies <br />generated by this will first be used to defray any interest and <br />principal not already absorbed by the special assessments subject <br />to appeal and any additional monies will be used for operation <br />and naintenance of the system per the standard policy of Orono in <br />othe are,-ts. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />That the Council adopt the ,attached resolution incorporating the <br />previously addressed policy. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - It was mov,�d by , seconded by , that the <br />City Council adopt Resolution setting forth the policy for <br />future non -assessed hookups to :ewer in the Crystal Bay area. <br />Ayes Nays -_•-_ <br />
