211. POLITICAL ACTIVITT 1. Any employee subject to these rules who desires to file for an elective office of the City shall take a leave of abeence when the employee formally announces candidacy or files, which ever occurs first. Such leave shall terminate upon withdrawal or Jefeat in the campaign.
