A business in which an amployee has financial interest, <br />receives benefits fr;:m, or o.-cupies a position which way <br />enable the e.rp'_o-eo to inf .uence the placing of City <br />business either inside or o,.*side the City organization. <br />b. A business in which an employee accepts full or part-time <br />work where such activity interferes with the:. duties and <br />job performance.
