ANLOCR wlTmsOVT LZAVN <br />An employee who is absent from employment, including any <br />absence for a single dal or part of a day, that is not authorised <br />by a specific grant, leave of absence, vacation or sick leave by <br />the City Administrator or City Council under the provisions of <br />this policy, will be deemed to be absent without leave. Any such <br />absence shall be without pay and the employee will be subject to <br />disciplinary action, including discharge. <br />211. INSNRVICR TRAINING <br />The Administrator shall coordinate and assist the efforts of <br />department heads in establishing and maintaining a system <br />employee training. <br />212. SUGGESTIONS AND AMSM"I NTS <br />The Administrator and supervisors welcome s:iggestions from <br />emp:oyees f.>r improving the personnel prcgram of the City. Such <br />s:;7o.,stions may be presented to the immediate supervisor by letter <br />,,, mc:c,randum with a copy to the Administrat.)r. <br />SECTION XXX ABSENCE N/T- at7T LEAVE. <br />Sec. 30.A.
