For effective serv.ce to the community, administration and <br />i-,plementation of City po'.icy, each employee must cooperate to the <br />fullest with all fellow ,-mployses and the public. City employees <br />have a high degree of visibility to the general public and there- <br />fore must exercise patticular care and caution to ensure that all <br />work undertaken is accosplished expediently and with efficiency. <br />To achieve this goal, saployees mist adhere to established rules <br />and procedures and follow the instructions of their supervisors <br />and department �•+3.. <br />2. It is the responsibility of each employee tot <br />a.
