AGREEMENT REGARDING THE FUEL STATION BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF ORONO AND THE SHORELINE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is by and between the SHORELINE FIRE DEPARTMENT, a <br />Minnesota public corporation ("Shoreline Fire Department"), and the CITY OF ORONO, a Minnesota municipal <br />corporation ("Orono") <br />follows: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein, the parties hereto agree as <br />1. FUEL STATION <br />A. Orono shall permit Shoreline Fire Department to utilize its fuel station located at 365 Old <br />Crystal Bay Rd N, Orono, MN 55356. <br />B. For 2026, Shoreline Fire Department shall compensate Orono for the fuel it purchases <br />from Orono's fuel station at the fixed price Orono is charges in the 2026 State fuel contract. <br />C. For 2027 and subsequent years, Shoreline Fire Department shall compensate Orono for <br />the fuel it purchases from Orono's fuel station and agrees to take a minimum of the fixed price fuel in accordance <br />with the projections provided as requested in conjunction with the State fuel contract price process. All fuel <br />beyond the projected amount will be charged at the spot price. Requests for usage projections will be requested <br />annually by Orono. <br />2. TERM <br />A. This Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2026 and end on December 31, 2026 and <br />is automatically renewed unless Shoreline Fire Department provides written notice to Orono by May 31 of the <br />prior year. <br />1 <br />31 <br />
