B. Orono may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that Orono shall give <br />Shoreline Fire Department thirty (30) days' written notice before the termination becomes effective. <br />3. PAYMENT <br />Orono will bill Shoreline Fire Department monthly. Payments for Shoreline Fire Department utilization of the <br />fuel station shall be made in a lawful manner. Shoreline Fire Department will normally pay for services within <br />thirty (30) days of receipt of a statement for fuel pumped, taken, spilled, or utilized from the fuel station. The fees <br />and costs for the utilization of the fuel station will vary, and Shoreline Fire Department agrees that it will pay <br />Orono for all fuel it pumps, takes, spills, or utilizes from Orono's fuel station at the price Orono sets in its sole <br />discretion. <br />4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br />When utilizing Orono's fuel station, Shoreline Fire Department shall abide by all laws, statutes, <br />ordinances, rules, and regulations. Any violation shall be a material breach of this Agreement and entitle Orono to <br />immediately terminate this Agreement. <br />5. WAIVER <br />Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect in any respect the <br />validity of the remainder of this Agreement. <br />6. INSURANCE <br />During the term of this Agreement, Shoreline Fire Department shall maintain a general liability insurance <br />policy with limits of at least $1,500,000 for each person, and each occurrence, for both personal injury and <br />property damage. This policy shall name Orono as an additional insured for the services provided under this <br />Agreement and shall provide that Shoreline Fire Department coverage shall be primary coverage in the event of <br />loss. The policy shall also insure the indemnification obligation contained in Paragraph 7. A certificate of <br />32 <br />
