Bernhardson, City Administratoz <br />Date: August 23, 1985 <br />Subject: County Road 15 Variance Approval <br />As you may be aware, the variance board for Minnesota <br />Department of Transporation approved County Road 15 as designed <br />and submitted by Hennepin County. At present it is our under- <br />standing that the project is programmed for construction to be <br />commenced in 1989. Now that the variance has been approved, it <br />is perhaps prudent for each of the Communities to get together <br />and address a letter to the County to see if the construction <br />date can be moved up, for a more timely construction period. It <br />is recommended that the Council direct the Administrator to <br />develop a letter which will be a joint letter on behalf of Orono <br />and the other Communities involved, to request the County to move <br />up the date that it has presently has programmed for County Road <br />15. <br />Should you have any further questions or comments, please <br />feel free to contact me. <br />A,'J G 2 g ', <br />CITY of UhUML <br />
