Bernhardson, City AdministratoI'Plat AU G 2s 1985 <br />Date: August 21, 1985 1 CITY W a <br />Subject: Change Order M2 <br />Due to significant poor soil problems that we were having during the <br />construction, particularly along Briar we needed to make a change order for <br />rock for the s* -ts in order to makc them passable for the residents. <br />Because of the ng, I discussed the matter with the two of the three <br />Council members ..iiv were in town the week of August 12th. The initial <br />estimate and change order if for $4,000, it is hoped, based on soil condi- <br />tions, to be only about $2,500.
