In the 3393 situation there are two additional issues: <br />- Building Permit - The structure that is in question that <br />would require building permit was apparently done by an <br />owner prior to Mr. Johnson who currently reside in Iran <br />are difficult to get a hold of. If in fact this is the <br />case staff would not feel it appropriate to require a <br />building permit fee be assessed against Mr. Johnson. <br />- Removal of Hardcover Extension Mr. Johnson to date has <br />not complete t�oik he was required to do in removing <br />one piece of hardcover by the first of July. Absent <br />receiving a variance request to retain that as <br />hardcover, staff would be willing to extend the deadline <br />removal until the first of September. <br />Should you have further questions or con.nents please feel free to <br />contact me. <br />
