Highway 12 Corridor Re ort - At present staff is trying to get back and to worts w;th John Shardlow as to defining the scope of the project together with deciding which items are appropriate for the staff to take and those that are important for the consultant to work on. Based on this we will looking for a revised estimate of cost. As part of this revision we are asking for a quote by phase, with each phase having a go/no-go decision. It is anticipated this will be brought back for Council consideration on June 24th. 2. Hennepin Coouunntty VoTech Equine Facili� - There has been rscuss ons on this matter have in -'[sated that: - Medina City Council will consider this at their meeting June 18th - At Medina's request VoTech is studying the feasibility of their main access beinq to County 6 opposite Old Crystal Bay Road. - Long fake has agreed that they will extend their water system if the VoTech desires and that they will allow VoTech within their capacity for sewer. At present the VoTech is talking in the range of 10 to 12 units for their facility, this however could have impact on the capacity of the overall system, both in Medina and Orono, and we are currently looking at the -erall system impact and also segment impacts which pass deg able property in Orono. It has been icated to VoTech that they work through Medina, and Me—na work with Orono as far as the sewer issue is concerned. It has also been indicated that we wil l out- line for the VoTech initially what considervtions will be necessary should that their main access be off 6. Information regarding this consideration wi!I be al vo of importance in the Highway 12 study.
