He has been checked and <br />cleared by the Orono Police Department. After 3 months I will <br />review his progress and at that time adjust his wages <br />accordingly. <br />We have been very short on part-time employees for sometime. It <br />is necessary to have capable and reliable personnel to work when <br />emergencies, sickness and vacations come up. we are also coming <br />into our busy season and we need more people on the floor to <br />handle customers and help increase our sales. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrato <br />Forwarded requesting concurrence. <br />
