They have been in <br />the process of attempting to do that and we will have inspected <br />the property again by June 10th. Based on this visit we may <br />request that the City Council order further securing of the <br />building and assessed to the property owner as needed. <br />Staff is in the process of developing the notices for hazardous <br />building proceedings and will give notice next week to the State <br />of Minnesota regarding the buildings for which hazardous <br />buildings proceedings will be initiated. It is anticipated that <br />the staff will bring back either on June 24th or July 8th the <br />request for the Council to specifically order them to respond <br />within 28 days or initiate action in District Court. <br />he a side note we have had the caretaker moved from the <br />caretaker's building, which had a number of problems, up to the <br />Ballentine cabin which had no significant problems that could not <br />be rectified in order for him to occupy it. <br />Should have any further questions or comments please feel free to <br />contact us. <br />
