It is the recommendation of staff that Council approve <br />1. Subject to Medina's agreement that Robb's Motel <br />property be allowed to hook into pipe "B" as <br />indicated to our Engineer. <br />2. Staff be directed to work with both Medina and Long <br />Lake to amend the agreement to ref lect the change in <br />units for this property, together with addressing <br />sewer connection charges on the line (5825/Unit) in <br />exchange for future available units in present Long <br />Lake line. <br />We feel this situation has no appreciable effect on the <br />developability of any Orono properties. We do not however <br />necessarily feel the same can be said to any hookup of the VoTech <br />project through this system and are reviewing that at this point. <br />Should you have any further questions or comments please feel <br />free to contact me. <br />
