On June 6, 1985, I called and left a message <br />for you to call me regarding any progress on the drainage problem. I <br />never heard back from you. <br />I am writing this letter to inform you of the following: <br />1. By June 12, 1985, you must pump the basement out and <br />continue to pump until the problem is resolved. <br />Failure to do s, will result in the issuance of <br />citations and the commencement of hazardous building <br />procedures. <br />2. By June 14, 1985, a contract with a contractor to <br />install the drainage system must be submitted to the <br />City of Orono for review. Failure to do so w__ ' 1 result <br />in the issuance of citations. <br />3. By June 21, 1985, work must be started on the <br />installation of the drainage system. Failure to do so <br />will result in the issuance of citations. <br />4. By July 3, 1985, all work on the drainage system must be <br />completed and inspected by the City.
