Lot 1 is proposed to contain 3.48 acres total; 2.79 acres dry, buildable and 0.69 acres wetland. <br />2. Lot 2 is proposed to contain 2.26 acres total; 2.25 acres dry, buildable and 0.009 acre wetland. <br />3. Lot 3 is proposed to contain 2.63 acres total dry, buildable area. <br />4. Lot 4 is proposed to contain 2.18 acres total; 2 .03 acres dry, buildable and 0.15 acre storm pond . <br />5. Lot 5 is proposed to contain 2.16 acres total; 2.12 acres dry, buildable and 0.04 acre storm pond. <br />All of the lots would be served by a new private road with cul -de-sac extending southerly from Bayside <br />Road (CSAH 84). All lots would be served by private septic systems and private wells. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends the planning commission review all of the issues identified <br />within the report and provide direction to the applicant.
