The plan <br />states that property should <br />be connected <br />to <br />the Municipal Sew.°r System whenever <br />a sewer lateral serves the <br />property or <br />is <br />within a reasonable distance of the property. <br />The proposed sanitary sewer for the Art Center of Minnesota will require <br />the construction of the Crystal Bay Sewer Improvement (Project 85-1) and <br />extensions of the sanitary sewer lines as outlined herein. <br />The service line for the Old School building would be extended off Briar <br />Street. The serv:ce l'ne for the Main Building would come at the west end of <br />Prospect Avenue and require a 90 foot extension of the sanitary sewer line <br />proposed on the Crystal Bay project. <br />COST ESTIMATES <br />Cost estimates have been prepared for the extension of sanitary sewer to <br />the Art Center of Minnesota. The project costs provided in this section <br />include the cost of the Crystal Bay improvement project 85-1.
