Gerhardson, Public works Coordinawom"Y OF ORONO <br />DATE: May 10, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Post Office Building - Energy Deficiencies Improvements <br />On April 26, 1985, the City of Orono received information from the <br />United States Postal Service requesting the City of Orono to correct <br />certain energy deficiencies at the Crystal Bay Post Office building <br />(see attached letter). <br />Because the postal service will reimburse the City of Orono for all <br />reasonable costs, it is my recommendation to notify the postal service <br />by letter that we would participate in the proposal program. <br />It should be noted that some staff time may not be reimbursable. <br />
