City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds <br />division for Thomas M. Crosby, Sr. according to the legal <br />descriptions shown on the certificate of survey by Vernon A. <br />Nickols, dated April 2, 1985, and attached to this resolution <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Parcels A, B and C, as described on the certificate of <br />survey attached to this resolution, shall be legally <br />combined for tax purposes by the applicant, Thomas M. <br />Crosby, Sr. <br />2. Parcels D and E, as described on the certificate of <br />survey attached to this resolution, shall be legally <br />combined for tax purposes by the current owner, Elernor <br />Lawler Pillsbury or her authorized agent. <br />3. All future construction on combined Parcels D and F., as <br />described and shown on the survey attached, that involves <br />the alterati•in of the flood plain must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Department of Nature Resources before a <br />building permit can be issued by the City of Orono. <br />4. The tested septic site areas on combined Parcels D and <br />E, as decrihed on the survey attached, must be staked and <br />protected prior to construction. <br />5. The resolution, and attached certificate of survey shall <br />be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's office or it <br />before November 13, 1985. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />division has not been filed by the date specified above. In than <br />event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the <br />City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this <br />13th day of May, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
