Grussing - placement of fill in a wetland for a driveway <br />access to a proposed single family residence, Sec. 25ABB, wetland <br />lying to the southwest of Carson Bay, Lake Minnetonka, north of <br />Manor Road and west of Dyer Lane, Deephaven. 85-04 <br />The engineer reviewed the application for wetland <br />filling. The engineer advised that the applicant proposes <br />coripensatory excavation at similar elevations and recommended <br />issuance upon staff approval of hydrologic computations as set <br />forth in the written memorandum. It was moved by Thomas, seconded <br />t)y Andre, that the application be approved subject to the <br />foregoing condition and subject to approval by the City of <br />Deephaven. Upon vote the motion carried. <br />B. T. Joint Venture c/o _Tucker Sheehy - grading and drainage plan <br />for a 32-unit townhouse development, Sec. 35CBB, south of T.H. 12, <br />west of Long Lake Cc,-k, Long Lake. 85-05 <br />Tne engineer advised the managers that the application <br />constitutes a continuation (Phases II and III) of a project <br />appruveo under permit 84-15 issued by the Board in March 1984. <br />The engineer reviewed the drainage of the site and recommended <br />approval subject to conditions numbered one through five in his <br />written memorandum. It was moved by Andre, seconded by Carroll, <br />that the application be approved subject to the foregoing <br />conditions. Upon vote the motion carried. <br />Daniel E. Sicheneder - 50' setback variance, Sec. 18AAD, <br />southwestern shore of West Arm Bay, Mound. 85-06 <br />The engineer reviewed the application for a variance <br />from the District's setback requirement. The engineer advised <br />that the applicable setback in the City of Mound is 50 feet and <br />the 5U foot setback conforms with existing building patterns. The <br />engineer recommended approval upon receipt of a survey showing the <br />OHWL of 929.4 as a reference for the 50' setback distance. It was <br />moved by Andre, seconded by Lehman, that the application be <br />approved subject to the foregoing conditions.
