Where the work of the Contractor is affected by finish dimensions, <br />F' these shail be determined by the Contractor at the site, and he shall assume <br />the responsibility the:efor. <br />M 4.9 SAMPi.ES <br />All samples called for in the Specifications or required by the Engineer shall <br />be firniFned by the Contractor and shall be submitted to the Engineer for his <br />a review. Samples shall be furnished so as not to delay the Project. The <br />Contractor shall furnish such samples of material as may be required for <br />examination and testing. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance <br />with approved samples. All samples of materials for tests shall be taken <br />�y according to methods provided for in the Specifications. <br />4.10 PRODUCT <br />DATA <br />Product Data <br />are illustrations, <br />standard schedules, performance charts, <br />instructions, <br />brochures, diagrams <br />and other information furnished by the <br />Contractor to <br />illustrate a material, <br />product or system for some portion of the <br />Work. <br />to 4.11 SHOP DRAWINGS <br />It 4.11.1 The Contractor shall provide Shoo Drawings, settings, schedules <br />and such other drawings as may be necessary for the prosecution of the <br />10 Work in the shop and in the field as required by the Drawings, <br />Specifications or Engineer's instructions. Deviations from the Drawings <br />and Specifications shall be called to the attention of the Engineer at the <br />time of the first submission of Shop Drawings and other drawings for <br />approval. The. Engineer's review of arty drawings shall not release the <br />Contractor from responsibility for such deviations. <br />1. 4.11.2 Shop Drawings shall be promptly submitted by the Contractor after <br />he has reviewed, checked and approved the data to determine that they are <br />in harmony with the requirements of the Project and with the provisions <br />A the Contract Documents and after he has verified all field measurements <br />p� and construction criteria, materials, catalog numbers and similar data. <br />By submitting the Shop Drawings, the Contractor certifies that the work <br />t represented by the Shop Drawings has been coordinated with the Contract <br />Documents and all relevant field conditions. <br />4 <br />t <br />- V <br />02 ha <br />4/91 <br />1 <br />
