City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />NO. - -- <br />9. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br />amount of $1,000.00. <br />10. Payment to the City foi the legal review and filing <br />cf the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of <br />$75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED, that the City Ccnnci 1 <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Painters Creek, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Outlot U is yet aside for the septic expansion: and <br />exclusive use of the property located at 4740 Baysi-le <br />I<oad, legal ly described as the 1,,est 1/2 of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, <br />Township 118, Range 23 North except that part of the <br />South 226 feet thereof lying East of the West 249 feet <br />thereof and West of the East 180 feet thereo;. <br />2. Access to residential units 1. tnrou%ih 9 shal 1. be <br />via Luce Line Ridge. Access to residential unit 10 <br />must be approved by the Hennepin County Fighway <br />Department prior to issuance of building per -nit for new <br />residence. <br />3.
