Dedication of drainage and utility easements. <br />2. Dedicationan the Flat. of right of way for a F)ublic <br />road, shown as County }Iighwz-,y 1.o. 84. <br />3. CreaLion of a new private road shown on the plat as <br />Outlot E, to be know henceforth as Luce Line P:dae. <br />4. Concurrent with the creation of this private road, <br />+-he Subdivider has dedicated to the City a Road and <br />Utilites Easement granting to the City permanent <br />acc:ass, improvement and utility easements over. said <br />Out'ot; the Subdivider has created non-exclusive <br />ingress, egress, drainage and utility easements over <br />said Out.lot in favor of all abutting and/or benefiting <br />lots including a declaration of certain m-intenance <br />covenants wherein each of the abutting anti/or <br />benefiting lot owners covenants and agrees to <br />permanently maintain and pay the cost of maintenance <br />for saild private road. <br />5.
