City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />PAINTERS CREEK <br />FILE NO. 804 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized apd existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a subdivision by Painters Creek Development <br />Corporation, ar, I111nois Corporation authorized to do buEiness in <br />Minnesct,., (herei-ifter "the subdivider"); and <br />WHEREAS, on April 23, 1984 the City Council granted <br />approval of the preliminary plat of a 10 unit Planned Rural <br />Residential Development that designated the buili'inr and septic <br />envelopes for each of the residential units (her(:rai*er referred <br />to as "Development Plan"). Each septic envelope mainL-iins a 20 <br />foot setback from each building envelope and boundary line of <br />each unit. Each building envelope maintains the apirove(, <br />setbacks as follows: <br />Front/street setback of 50 feet <br />Side setback of 20 feet <br />WHEREAS, the Development Plan has been found to meet <br />all standards of the Planned Resident.ial Development Cod,-, On - <br />Site Septic Se%,age Treatment Code i-d al other peetinent <br />sections of the zoning a:jd plattinc r,aes that deal %ith the <br />rural development of property within .ne City, so that each pad <br />can be developed as a single family residential unit w-.thout the <br />need of variances; and <br />WHEREAS Outlot C is not vlatted as part of this scheme <br />but is intended for future development. All future development <br />of Out lot C will be subjr^t to all renui rements of the current <br />zoning and Community Manarjruent Plan of the City; and <br />
