City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />4. The property was assess( r un i t s i n the LS- <br />67-1 sewer project. <br />5. Zoning will remain rural and all development will <br />occur in strict conformance with the rural district <br />requirements including use, lot size, setbacks and all <br />pertinent rural performance standards. <br />6. Lot 1, Block 1, Willow Properties is able to <br />sustain an on -site septic system. <br />WHEREAS, Lot 2, Block 1 and Out lot B are not platted as <br />part of this scheme but are intended for future development. A11 <br />future development of these properties shall be subject to all <br />requirements of current zoning and the Community Management Plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all <br />requirements of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Dedication of drainage & utility easements. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public <br />road, shown as Old Crystal Bay Road, Willow Drive 'forth <br />and U.S. Highway No. 12. <br />3. Creation of a new private road shown on the plat as <br />Outlot A. <br />4. Concurrent with the creation of this private road, <br />the Subdivider has dedicated to the City a Road and <br />Utilities Easement granting to the City permanent <br />access, improvement and utility easements over said <br />Outlot. <br />5. Execution of a Subdivider's Agreement providing for <br />instal lation of the private road per City's <br />specifications up to the access drive to Lot 1, Block <br />1, willow Properties Addition as a condition of <br />subdivision approval. <br />
