City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COutMNCIL MEETING <br />NO. <br />DEC 10 i98,: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PTAT OF <br />WILLOW PROPERTIES ADDITION GITY OF ORONO <br />FILE. NO. 806 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a subdivision by Willow Properties, a co- <br />partnership consisting of W.D. Gagne, Paul G. Roberts, Albert B. <br />Yngve and Harold VandenElzen, the subdividers; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br />standards of the RR-lB zoning district finding that each lot is <br />of a size and configuration that will allow each lot to be fully <br />developed without the need of any variances; ar.d <br />WHEREAS, the City Council hereby approves a special. <br />exception to Comprehensive Sewer Plan, Rural Sewage Treatment <br />Policy No. 7 to allow sewer service to I.ot 1, Block 1, Willow <br />Properties Addition based on the following findings- <br />1. The sewer project (LS-67-1) was assessed and <br />constructed in 1967 prior to the adoption of Orono's <br />Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br />2. The Property is already serviced by an existing <br />sewer service stub. Connection will not invel ve <br />extension of the municipal line. <br />3. Unit capacity is available within the municpal <br />line. <br />
