City of ORON0 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CIT', COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />7. Submitted written notice to the City advising that <br />2 of the 3 sewer units already assessed against the <br />property shal 1 be assioned to Lot 1, Mock 1, Wil low <br />Properties Addition. <br />8. Payment to the City of a Park Cedication Fee in the <br />amount of $200.00. <br />9. Paym--nt to the City for the legal review and filing <br />of the flat easements and covenants in the amount of <br />$75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Willow <br />Properties Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the <br />following condition: <br />1. Plans for the private road must be approved by ti^, <br />City prior to construction. <br />2. The aforesaid plat shall h- filed by the City of <br />Orono wi t'h the Hennepin County recorder's Office on or <br />before June 10, 1985 together with a certified original <br />copy of this Resolutions and f,xecuted copies of the <br />easements and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
