I 1 3I984 I J <br />MEETING SUMMARY <br />CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMITTEE ! `I <br />1983 JOBS BILL ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION -- <br />URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY CDBG PROGRAM <br />September 27, 1984 <br />The Citilsn nd.isory Committee convened to recommend the reprogramming of <br />runds recaptured from previously approved Jobs Bill activities which had <br />not met established implementation schedules. <br />Chair Mark Eckes, Vice Chair %y Johnson and Elaine Ask were Committee <br />members in attendance. County staff representatives were Robert Isaacson <br />and Barbara Hayden. <br />Requests for funding for sixteen activities from sixteen program partici- <br />pants were received and presented for review and evaluation by the Commit- <br />tee. A summary listing of the activities and representatives who attended <br />to present their agency's request is as follows: <br />1. Hennepin County Training and $69,500/Diseased Trea <br />Employment Assistance/ Removal <br />Dave Hare, Gary Van Beusekom <br />and Kirk Brown <br />2.
