Berhardson, Public Works Coordinator CITY OF O RO N O <br />Dates October 3, 1984 <br />Subjects Funding Crystal Bay Area Sewer Project <br />In July 1983 the City of Orohno applied for funds available <br />through the "Jobs Bill" Brant Program to assist in the costs of <br />the construction of the sanitary sewer project in the Crystal Day <br />area. <br />In August of 1983 we were informed that our request was <br />denied because the amount of the Crystal Bay sewer project would <br />have tat.en all the monies allotted for the "Jobs Bill" program. <br />In July 1984 we were notified that the "Jobs Bill" program <br />was allotted an additional 108,816. <br />1 presented our application for the funds to help offset <br />some of the costs for the Crystal Bay sewer project. <br />On October 1, 1984, 1 was notified that the City of Orono's <br />request was again denied. Attached is a memo from Hennepin <br />County showing how and where those funds were distributed. <br />
