The subjects will be chosen. using assessed <br />values so a broad representation of homes <br />is analysed. <br />2. A percentage of the homes will have now or <br />will likely have in the near future, a <br />failing septic system. <br />3. The sampling will include sites of varying <br />dimensions, i.e. a larger site might be in <br />a situation of possible sub -division into <br />2 or more sites. <br />My reports will include zoning characj(teristics, age <br />of the property, location maps, photographs of the <br />subject and comparable sales, market data on sold and <br />offered properties of similar quality and a final value <br />conclusion both before and after installation of.the <br />municipal sewer System. <br />My fee for the 16 reports will run between $2500 and <br />$3000. Of course, if the anticipated time for the work <br />is less, the fee will be to the lower end of the scale. <br />
