Page 2 <br />John Gerhardson, City of Orono <br />If..it is your opinion that the entire 83 properties are <br />to be appraised, the 83 reports will include all the <br />information previously discussed for incl,,ision in the 20% <br />sampling. <br />Since there will be some duplication, of data for all the <br />reports, there will be something less than 4 times the <br />work required for the 20% sampling. Therefore, the fee for <br />the 83 parcels will run to $8000. Again, if the time frame <br />for completion of the entire project is less than I have <br />envisioned, the fea will be adjusted accordingly. <br />In order for the smooth flow of work, I ask that your City <br />offices provide me with the following information; <br />1. Assessed valuation market value and PID number <br />for the properties to be appraised when they <br />are selected. Property owner 5 address. <br />2. Analysis by City of Orono people as to the <br />failing or failed septic systems. <br />3. Synopsis of City zoning regulations including <br />conditions under which SF or lot size may be <br />altered from the present size. <br />4. The most recent information the City Engineer's <br />office may have relative to groundwater depth <br />and recent changes in that depth. <br />The schedule for completion of the 20% samplinq can be no <br />later than November 13, 1984. Completion of the 83 homes <br />to be appraised can be no later than December 15, 1984. <br />I trust I have covered everything we discussed on 27 Sept <br />ember.
