AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: October 13, 2025 <br />Title: Stubbs Bay Lake Improvement District Levy - Resolution 7629 <br />Presenter: Maggie Jin, Finance Director <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br />Item: 15 <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this agenda item is to adopt Resolution 7629 Certifying the Assessment Roll of the <br />Stubbs Bay Lake Improvement District. <br />2. Background: <br />On June 9th, 2025, the Orono City Council passed Resolution 7594 approving the establishment of <br />the Stubbs Bay Lake Improvement District. The district is required to hold an annual meeting to <br />adopt an annual budget and tax roll. On August 27, 2025 the district held its annual meeting and <br />adopted its 2026 budget and tax roll. The district has forwarded the assessment roll to the City for <br />certification to Hennepin County. <br />3. Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the adoption of the attached resolution levying the Assessment Roll for the <br />Stubbs Bay Lake Improvement District. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt Resolution 7629 Certifying the Assessment Roll of the Stubbs Bay Lake Improvement <br />District. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
