CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />• owiV <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING <br />THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE <br />CARMAN BAY LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, The Carman Bay Lake Improvement District has adopted its 2026 budget <br />and tax levy; and <br />WHEREAS, The district has forwarded the assessment roll to the City for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County requires the City to approve the assessment roll for <br />certification to the property tax rolls. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as <br />follows: <br />That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the <br />costs totaling $36,400, on the 2025 property tax rolls, payable in 2026. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on October 13, <br />2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />Christine Lusian, City Clerk Bob Tunheim, Mayor <br />96 <br />
