MINUTES OF THE ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD APRIh 23, 1984. PAGE 14 <br />LETTER TO PCA* Mayor Butler moved, Counci lmernber Adams seconded, to <br />approve Shardlow's letter dated April 12, 1984 to the <br />MN PCA. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />LETTER TO COUNCIL* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to <br />approve City Administrator Benson's letter to the <br />Councilmembers. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />i <br />PAUI. SMITH MATTER City Attorney Radio stated that Paul Smith at 2477 <br />Dunwoody Avenuc,is proceeding with installation of a <br />holding tank for sewage. Radio also informed the <br />Council that Smith had requested staff permission to <br />install a private well and that it is staff's <br />recommendation not to allow a private well because <br />there is water service available. <br />Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek <br />seconded, to direct staff to inform Paul Smith by <br />letter that the City will not allow a private well. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />LICENSES* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to <br />approve the following licenses: <br />Nova -Frost - Septic System Installer License <br />Lord Fletcher's - Special Parades and Events <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />BILLS* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, <br />that the All Funds Accounts and Liquor Store Accounts <br />be paid. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />ADJOURNMENT 10:53 P.M. Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek <br />seconded, to adjourn at 10:53 p.m. Motion, Ayes (5), <br />Nays (0). <br />A.
