Benson, City Administrator <br />FROM: John Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />DATE: August 9, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: Paul Smith Sewer Matter <br />In April 1984 the City Council denied the reques, of Paul Smith, 2477 <br />Dunwoedy Avenue, to place a private well on his property. Mr. Smith <br />was notified of the decission by letter on Apri 1 26, 1984. On July 24, <br />1984, Mr. Smith cal led me and asked why we would not allow him to put in a <br />well. I informed him of the reasons as stated in the letter of April <br />26. <br />Mr. Smith stated that he is going to retain another attorney and would <br />get back to me the week of August 6, 1984. I told Paul that if he cc:;; 1d <br />not get the sewer and water connected to his residence the City would <br />begin the necessary action to get the job done and that if I did not hear <br />from him the week of August 6 we would recommend to Counci 1 to proceed. <br />
