HINUTES OF A REGULAR HEE'rING HELD APRIL 2 2, 19 7 4 <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to deferring <br />·until Nay 13, 1974 Council meeting the <br />license for Paul's Landing. In the event <br />that Paul does not provide the staff with <br />sufficient information upon which a decision <br />can be made by the May 13, 1974 meeting, the <br />Council will take action that it feels is <br />necessary without having received sufficient <br />information from Paul. 'l'he staff will have <br />a proposal ready for the council at the May 13, <br />1974 meeting with recommendations for the <br />Council to consider. Hotior., Ayes (5) - <br />Nays '(0). <br />Searles moved, Butler seconded, to approv0 <br />the dock license for the North Star Marina, <br />with the understanding that they are being <br />granted the same number of slips as they <br />had last year. .Hotion, Ayes ( 5) -Nays ( 0) • <br />Paurus moved, Searles seconded, to making <br />the dock licenses run from December 1 to <br />December 1 and the staff is hereby authorized <br />to put those dates in effect and to re- <br />examine the fee schedu~e and report back to <br />the Council as to whether or not the fees <br />seem to be appropriate with the amount of <br />staff time and effort that goes into review <br />of the licenses. I-lotion, Ayes (5) -Nays (0). <br />Councilman Hass':::ngale left the Council Chambers <br />at 10:29 P.H. and did not return. <br />Butler moved, Searles seconded, to approve <br />the final plat for Dicon. It was pointed <br />out that approval was given before the <br />moratorium on the preliminary plat. i'Iotion, <br />Ayes (4) -Nays (0). <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve <br />the subdivision of Kermit Knutson, 3640 Bay- <br />side Road, Aud. Sub. 203, Bayview Park, with <br />the understanding that they will comply with <br />the engineer's recommendation with the variance <br />for Lot 4. It is further stipulated that four <br />docks will be authorized at this time until <br />the future policy of docks in that area can <br />be established. Hardship was recognized to <br />be the shape of the lot, for part of it lies <br />on the other side of the County Road. It is <br />requested that preliminary plat be submitted <br />which will accruately represent the subdivison <br />~nd that the park dedication fee is to be worked <br />out before the preliminary plat will be approved <br />at a future Council meeting.
